The access road must be passable for a larger truck (40 t). In most cases, this is an articulated lorry with semi-trailer/semitrailer. Such a vehicle is about 20 metres long. The driver needs space for turning and a larger parking area for unloading the goods. An alternative unloading area in the immediate vicinity (100 – maximum 200 metres) can also be provided thanks to the forklift truck. Are you in doubt whether your delivery address is easily accessible? Then be sure to discuss the delivery situation at your location in advance.
Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 20:00. The forwarding agent will contact you by telephone to state the delivery day and his time window. Please understand that due to traffic conditions it is not possible to give an exact time.
Please understand that an agreed delivery cannot be postponed again at short notice because the freight forwarder has to plan ahead with the freight space in the long term. Furthermore, the trailers are loaded several days in advance, so you need about 7 days’ notice. If the delivery has to be arranged a second time, you will be charged.
Delivery Charges
The price you see in the shopping basket after you have entered your postcode is the price that you will pay, all prices are inclusive of VAT.
*Owing to carrier charges with certain suppliers there may be parts of the UK where an additional delivery charge may be added this will be clearly stated in the shopping basket
To Northern and Central Scotland and some areas of Wales Usually incurs a charge. ENGLAND and most of WALES DELIVERY IS FREE OF CHARGE
Truck Delivery
The Cabins are delivered to your given address on a Truck. The consignment is off-loaded with a fork lift truck that is carried on-board the truck. If you are not sure if there is sufficient space for the vehicle to operate, please contact us to discuss: 01983 756751 before placing your order.
In the case of the above delivery is always KERB SIDE.
Kerb Side Delivery Only
Please be aware – all buildings are delivered to kerbside and will require a signature on Delivery. Should it be mutually agreed between yourself and the driver on the day, they may be able to assist in offloading on to your property. The forklift used weighs approximately 3 tonnes, combined with the weight of the package there will always be the possibility of damage to the property. Neither Easy Log Cabins or the chosen transport company will be liable for any damage, this is agreed at your own risk.
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are Usually Made During Normal Working Hours. You will be contacted the day prior to your delivery to confirm.
No Deliveries are made between Christmas and New Year or on Bank / Public Holidays.

Delivery Timescale
To find out the relevant delivery schedule on the items you are interested in please refer to the individual product page where you will find the delivery estimate for that item. Please note that all days stated are working days and all delivery schedules are estimates and are not guaranteed and are intended as a guide only. Delivery will be made to you as soon as possible after your order is accepted. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
Returns & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please do so in writing to info@easylogcabins.co.uk if your order has not been dispatched then this can be done for you immediately. If the goods have been dispatched then we will need to get confirmation from the delivering company that these goods have been recalled before we can confirm cancellation, if delivery is attempted in the meantime please reject the delivery.
If you wish to return the goods you have received due to a change of mind then please notify us in writing, if the goods are unopened and in a merchantable condition then the goods can be returned to an address of our choosing, alternatively we can arrange to collect the goods however there will be a carriage and restocking fee for this as set out when we reply to your cancellation email. Please note – in common with all major retailers – once an item leaves our premises or a suppliers premises then any cancellation would be deemed to be a return and may be subject to a restocking or other fees.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you are in any doubt about the goods on delivery then please do not accept them, even if a driver tries to persuade you otherwise. Signing the delivery paperwork is in effect signing that they are in acceptable condition. You are fully entitled to refuse your delivery with the courier if it has been damaged in transit. Alternatively please clearly mark the paperwork at damaged. If the item has been accepted then please send us images of the damage to info@easylogcabins.co.uk

We accept all major credit and debit cards, we also accept payment via PayPal. We have the right to modify our prices from time to time.
