Construction System - The Prima system is a patented 3-in-1 corner connection system developed exclusively by Lugarde. Thanks to precisely crafted wooden parts and aluminium profiles inside the corner posts, all elements fit together perfectly. This results in an exceptionally stable structure with a clean and modern finish. A major advantage is that no nails or screws are needed. This makes assembly quick and easy, with no visible fixings. The wood remains undamaged, which extends its lifespan and gives a neat overall appearance. You can effortlessly build a summerhouse that is not only strong but also looks beautiful for years to come.
Treatment with RAL coloured stain - For garden buildings treated with RAL-coloured stain, the wall elements, corner posts and fascia boards are first treated with a colourless base coat – even in areas that will no longer be accessible after assembly. Only the outer sides of the walls and fascia boards are then stained in colour. Windows and doors that are stained receive three layers: a colourless base treatment, a primer layer, and finally the desired RAL colour.
All dimensions quoted do not include the roof overhang. For flat roofs, 20cm is added per side. For gable roofs its 30cm.
